Purchase notification from a different country

Hello community,

Yesterday I went to an AS to change my iPhone 5 (due to power button issues). Once done I restored my iCloud backup.

Today, I downloaded an app from this new device, and got a little surprise about right after in a mail notification from Apple, saying that my account was used to download an app (the one that I downloaded myself on the new device) but done from the UK (and i'm in France, i live there and me account has always been related to this country).

Do I have reasons to be worried ? I would have if I have had this notification about another app downloaded and at a different time, but it's not the case. I'm a little confused here, any comment about this ?
