I was able to transfer my purchased apps from my 4S to my new 5 but the apps say new after transfer. None of my "saved" info is there. How do I get my saved app info to transfer over?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

When you back up your iphone 4S - app data is included in the backup.

You would then need to restore your 5 to the 4S backup. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766

I believe I did restore from my 4S back up. All of my music and apps that I had purchased were there and transfered to the new phone. The apps are the only things not working properly. They came over with a "new" banner on them and all the previous information was not included.
