iTunes Issue

Hi, I recently got the latest version of iTunes (iTunes 11) and iPod update (6.1.3). It was working fine until today when I tried to open my iTunes and an error message popped up to tell me "New iTunes Library" , and I can not open it. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?? I'm pretty desperate for answers haha.
