My mac is running slowly

Question

and Disk Utility returns a message of "

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired."

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Ignore the message. Details in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448. BTW. that has nothing to do with a slow machine.
