Not unless it's running Windows; the sites may contain other types of malware, so don't open anything they spontaneously download. If you get a prompt asking you to install a plugin, go to the developer's site and get it from there.

It's possible but as long as you keep your Mac software up to date, your Mac should be fine.
Open System Preferences > Software Update
Select the following:
Automatically check for updates
Download newly available updates in the background
Install system data files and security updates

NO. However you could get a scripting error, or also "scareware". Many websites falsely claim you "have a virus" to scare you into installing or buying things you utterly dont need, and certainly would not want.
Yes, in the sense that it's possible the sun can rise in the west tomorrow morning.
Nothing has changed since you asked the same question a couple of months ago: Do I need antivirus?
so if i go on suspicious sites or watever i cant get any viruses just by going on sites
No, you cant. You can 'get' some pesky Java scripting, (annoying), but not a Virus.
and wil these java scripting things affect my computer and how do i get rid of them if i have them?
You have 3 different threads running now with basically the same question.
That would be contrary to the decorum and rules of this forum.
*You should keep like-questions in ONE post. *
You can get rid of those scripting possible issues with an addon called "NO SCRIPTS"
