Q: storage

i have 11 gb left in storage on my I pad and I am trying to download a 45 minute video and ist says I dont have enough storage available Is that true? 11GB should be more than enough right?

Depends on the video file size. A 45 minute video is very likely to be a large file.

Are you sure the 11 GB you mention as free storage is not the icloud storage and is really local storage?

Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.
