How do I re-download deleted media?

I borrowed my aunt's laptop and, thinking I was just removing from the library (because mine is set to never delete), deleted all her tv shows, movies and music. Now she can't find them on her hard drive to put in again, suggesting that they were deleted entirely. The option to de-download purchased items also seems to be missing from her program options.

Can anyone help me? It's not her fault I accidentally deleted most of her stuff!
