I just bought the new iPhone 5 and I have a Nisaan Altima 2012. I wanted to sync my contacts to the cars's bluetooth. I tried to solve my issue a lot but I couldn't!😟😕

You don't need to sync contacts. The Altima can access your Contacts directly (I have a 2011 Maxima).
I rarely dial from the car so I don't remember how but the manual should tell you.
