They said it is already unlocked and its been over 7 days already.
I tried resetting the phone and connecting it to itunes but it is still locked. Even after a restore it isnt working.
My itunes and ios is latest

Yes, I tried both restore as new iphone and restore from the backup but both failed 😕
After the restore and I try to insert a non carrier sim it reboots with an activation asking for a valid sim
I called Fido and apple and they said it is already unlocked and I just have to wait 7 days. Today is already the 8th day. 😢

i checked your status of imei its showing still locked you have to unlock it again for checking your carrier you have to pay for checking that facility. and after finding the network you can unlock the iphone and i can help you in that too 🙂
Doesn't it unlock after you do the instructions to be done on itunes? We already payed Fido and apple even confirmed that the iphone is unlocked. They just said to wait for 7 days.
