Hi everyone,
This morning I woke up and asked siri to open the mail app at which she ansered, sorry Billy, you don't have the mail app. I tryed to open a few more apps using siri and had the same result, anyone had this problem before?
I am using siri in spanish, iasked siri to open "mail" and she said you don't have it, I said "abrir correo" qnd I have the same answer.

I found in another post that deleting
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
But for some reason, i can't find those files...

You have to use iPhone explorer or another file browser or iFile.
Proceed with caution, there are reports of losing all apps. I myself tried just deleting the .csstore file but it didn't work and I don't have the time to deal with losing all my apps then waiting for them to maybe or maybe not come back.
I deleted only:
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
Some apps were missing. Rebooted and did a respring and all was back to normal.
How do you delete these on an iPad 3 that is not jailbroken? Thanks.
you need ifile go to cashes or find trash - and there you find ur file
and go to appcake install filetranfer go to same directory and restore move ur files back to prew location
