any way to get pictures off an iphone 4 that wont respond
iphone got wet and i want my pictures off the phone but it won't respond

You should never try to use it while it is wet.
Hopefully you haven't already damaged it.
If your device gets wet you should:
Power it off and allow it to dry out.
Put it in a ziplock bage of dried rice for 24 - 48hrs. The rice will draw the moisture out of the phone.
DO NOT power the device until it is completely dry.
