paypal receipt emails appear blank in iCloud Mail on Safari

I guess Apple is not reading these anymore??? Not one reply to the problem just more people posting the issue. How does this get moved up the food chain to get fixed. I have a small home buisness and it is a real problem to keep doing work around on this and PayPal.

I'm having the same problem. No response from Paypal but I didn't realise it was an Apple problem as it only happens with Paypal and not even with all Paypal mails, only those confirming a transaction so if the details were wrong I would know as I only get the subject line.

I HAVE 4 EMAILS IN MY ICLOUD INBOX.

1 FROM "BILL ME LATER". FULLY FUNCTIONING & VISIBLE.

AND 3 FROM "PAYPAL", WHICH SHOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE MESSAGE. THEY EACH HAVE A SUBJECT.BUT NOTHNG BUT HIDEOUS, BLANK, WHITE SPACE IN THE BODY.

SOMEBODY PPPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEEE FIX THIS!!!!

Yes on FireFox and only PayPal details are blank with emails on the icloud. Works fine on iphone and email on my MAC.

Doesn't look like anyone is listening to us out there??? Maybe we need to post this in a better area?

Exact same issue. Email content seems fine in the Mail.app client as well on iOS devices when pulled using imap, however the web app seems to be blocking content from services@paypal.com. No receipts are visible on icloud.com or even on beta.icloud.com

Been putting up with this iCloud/PayPal thing for months now....

I am having the same issues.....PayPal is not getting the body of the email through from service@PayPal.com.

iCloud on the iMac....iPad, iPhone,Apple Mail seem ok and all is making it through.

PayPal told me it is not their issue....

Well now a new design for icloud mail appeared and - with it - these emails are now displaying. So problem solved. Though I'm sure that some mails that I had deleted came back into my inbox as well. ????

Well it looks like it is fixed now with the newest update to the iOS and the Cloud upgrade.. Thanks Apple for fixing it and not telling us you were working on it???? Anyway fixed and life can go on..
