Hello, my "Send Read Receipts" feature in iMessages is "off". However, I receive a "read" message after I send a message. It really only happens with one of my contacts, every one else I see a "delivered" after I send a message. Anyone knows what's happening? How can I shut this off?

Turing off Read Reciepts for iMessages means that other people won't get a read receicpt when you read their message. It has nothing to do with whether or not you get a read receipt when someone reads your message. That depends on their settings.
