Hi!
I've just changed the hard drive of my MacBook 13.3 in (white) 'cause it got screwed up, and so they had to install the iOS all over again. Now, when I want to install some of my programs it asks me for my password, and so I write the one I had before, but it says it's wrong. When I try to change the settings, it -obviously- asks for my password to do this.
I'm stuck. Please help!

For Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

Thanks Kappy. The thing is when I try to do it using the installer disc and press the Install Mac OS X icon it asks me for my password... so, it's the same.
No, it is not the same. That's not how to boot from the disc. Do this:
Booting From An OS X Installer Disc
1. Insert OS X Installer Disc into the optical drive.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Immediately after the chime press and hold down the "C" key.
4. Release the key when the spinning gear below the dark gray Apple
logo appears.
5. Wait for installer to finish loading.
