My apple tv won't connect to iTunes store so I can rent movies. It says accessing iTunes store and the the wheel spins, but nothing happens.I can use Netflix via Apple TV and can hear my music and see pictures so I know the internet connection is working.

That was not helpful. The user says he or she can use Netflix so it's not a network connection problem. Did you read the question?
That doesn't rule out a network issue, and this was posted almost a year ago. Do you have an issue you need addressed?
