Q: music missing on iphone 5

Music I had purchased on my iphone is now missing. When I checked ITunes, It says I have purchased it. Is there a way to get the music without syncing to iTunes?

If you are in a country where you can re-download music then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for re-downloading - otherwise you will need to sync it from your computer's iTunes

I am in a country were you can re-download, but these albums don't show up on my phone in the purchased. Is there no way to get the without syncing to iTunes?

If they are still in the store, and you purchased them with the same account that you are currently logged in with, then they should show - they aren't hidden (hiding and unhiding) ?
