Q: I have upgraded to 5.3 and I am still getting this message. I have logged into iCloud to see if there was a new Terms of Service agreement and didn't see anything. Any ideas?

Same here. The login works, but the Stream - according to the ATV - says there are "0" photos. Which is bogus.
