I have lost my trusted device !!! Please Help

My apple id is locked for security reasons I have password i have recovery key But my trusted device is lost so how can i unlock my apple id ? i try to sign in it says apple id is locked for secuirty reasons when i try to unlcok it it is asking for trusted device 😟
