Hey I bought a couple of new ringtones a few days ago. However I had to restore my iphone today and i lost everything. I try re downloading it on itune but its asking me to pay again. What can i do to restore my ringtone back?

Did you copy them from your phone to your computer's iTunes before restoring it e.g. have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
