ON my iPad I have a red number 3 next to my app store icon. When I go to the App Store it showes 3 updates available I click on the update apps nothing appears on the screen to update.whats going on?

THat didn't help my I pad is fully charged and everything seams to be working fine,with the exception of of the App Store my app.store icon now has a red number 4 witch suggested that there are 4 apps to update. When I open the app.store I click on update apps. Tab. But their is nothing showing on the screen to update .does anyone have a soultion.
Have you tried signing out and back into the App Store? Open the App Store, tap on the Featured tab and scroll all the way down. Tap on your Apple ID, and then select sign out and then try signing back in.
