Automator - textedit/mail to excel

Hi,

Everyday I recieve an email with the closing prices of various Futures Markets in a standardised format. I have worked out how to use Automator to convert this email into a TextEdit file which looks like this--

...and continues for another 10 different contracts.

What I'd like to be able to do is use a script to copy various excepts from the data set into different sheets of an excel document as the email comes in each day (or manually from the TextEdit file I can already create).

I'd like to format each data set into one row starting with Date from the top of the data set, then Contract name (ie. E-Mini S&P 500), Change (ie 1.75), % (ie. 0.10%), Last Trade (ie. 1685.5), High (ie. 1686.5), Low (ie. 1671.75). A new row would be created for each day's data and added to Sheet 1.

Then, I'd like to do the same with the DJ Industrial Average on Sheet 2 etc, and SFE SPI 200 on Sheet 3 etc.

I'm just delving into Automator for the first time.. and am having a little difficulty working out the best way to do this.

I'd really appreciate any insight you may be able to offer!

Best,
Todd
