Someone has taken over one of my email addresses I know one of the IP addresses

Recently I am getting on one of my email addresses hundreds of return (block emails to people I don't know about a topic I know nothing about.

in reading the returns I've discovered most if not all come from one IP number. Is there a service I can go to and type in that IP addresses and have it blocked or shut down?

MacBook Pro (17-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Someone might have hacked into one of your friends' addressbooks and is using your email address to send out spam - happens frequently unfortunately (has to be several times on my Yahoo account). As they already have your address, it's a bit late to do anything except change the password. If it becomes too annoying, you'd need to abandon/delete that email address and start over with another.
