Start screen without entering your information

I put in my original discs that came with my Mac Pro from 2007 and set it all the way back to Tiger today so I can sell it. It finished fine but now it's sitting on a screen that says Before you Begin...and wants me to set up the keyboard that is plugged into it. If you click OK and start going through to the screens it's actually wanting me to answer questions that the new owner should be filling out and I don't see a way to shut this off so they can do this. Setting it up with my information isn't what I want. How do I handle this? I don't want to just hold in the button and shut off the computer do I?
