Q: what if i dont have my serial number ? It is worn off and i dont have any papers for it?

I am a single mother and have bought two apple ipods now 4th gen for my daughter and am getting very frustrated. I have had to buy her another one when the charge port copper wires bent and can no longer charge ! I have brought every where to see if it can be fixed and they say it is not. I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue because i am a loyal customer and i am not made of money. I also dont have the serial numbers for the ipods and cant see the numbers. They have worn off. I would like a call back or email please on this matter asap. Shirley Antoine

    We are itunes users just like you.  You are not addressing Apple here.

     

    What "issue" do you want help with?

     

    Ipods have a one year warranty.  If they are defective and within the one year warranty then make an appointment at the genius bar.  Otherwise you would have to pay for repair or buy another.

     

    As for the serial number, read the article you linked for the ways to find the number.
