Macintosh HD in BOOTCAMP

Hi everyone,

After setting up bootcamp and installing windows, I've decided to make a hybride partition to make use of my Hard Drive,

so i've opened Disk Utility and created a new partition (HYBRIDE)...

and you guess right It broked bootcamp and couldn't start windows.

After looking through the multiple resolved cases in

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4144252?start=630&tstart=0

I found a similar one to mine.. and It worked just fine 🙂

(Thanks to @Scotch_Brawth for pointing up the question, and @Christopher Murphy for his responses)

The problem is that after starting windows I couldn't view neither Macintosh HD, nor the new partition (HYBRIDE) .

Knowing that, before the problem occur, I've had ReadOnly rights on Macintosh HD from windows.

So if possible, how could I visualise Macintosh HD and HYBRIDE partitions in BOOTCAMP.

Finaly I'm allowd to use both partitions in bootcamp..😀

I'm not going to put the manipulation I did, sence there are lots of cases with different ways to fix,

and mine could not only not work for you, but also, may make things worst.

so my advice is to go over the discussion link that I've mentioned earlier and see if there is a similar case to yours, and proceed in the same way.

Good luck 🙂
