Pages compatibility with iPhone/ipad and computer

I bought pages for my iphone/ipad a while ago and want to start using on my computer. But I can't find it on my imac. Do I have to purchase it separately for my computer?

Pages for iOS runs on iOS devices.

Pages '09 runs on (Mac) OS X.

Different applications for different platforms.

Separate purchases.
