Q: when i go in to my phone to do a manual i cloud back up, the option for back up & storage is not there. There is only a "delete" option

Whenever I try to back up my IO phone with I cloud - it does not give me the option  for back up & storage. The only option is "DELETE. I have backed it up in the past and even purchased additional storage so not sure why I dont have the Storage & Back Up option. Please help??

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

    That is normally an indication that your phone was provided by your employer or you have installed your employer's exchange email account on your phone.  If so, your employer may have installed a security profile preventing you from backing up to iCloud.  You would probably see a setting called Profile in Settings>General near the bottom.

     

    You would have to contact your employer's IT department to confirm if that's the case.
