If I got an iPhone 4, would I be able to transfer the data from my iPod touch 4? Or would bad things happen to the iPhone (Siri and stuff?)? I would wanna sell my iPod if I could transfer it all. Thanks :)

First, the iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4 doesn't have Siri. If you want to transfer all your data from your iPod touch 4 to an iPhone create a security copy of your device in iTunes and the connect your iPhone and restore it using the same security copy.

Nothing bad will happen.
Unless you use an encrypted backup, you will have to reenter all keychain items like passwords after you restore from backup.
