For some reason ringtones are not syncing correctly.

Hello,

I am having an issue syncing my purchased ringtones with my iphone 5. If I got to Setting>Sounds>Ringtones all show up, but when I go to anything else like text alerts when I scroll past alerts to ringtones only 3 of my 7 purchased tones show up and the ones that are missing are well below 30 sec. Does anyone have any suggestions, I have already done the Uncheck,sync,check,sync method that does not change a thing. Any advise out there. Thanks

Text tone duration must be smaller.

Shorten it to 20 secs and see if that helps.

Here is what is weird the three that are showing up are all 30 sec, The other ones that are missing some are 15 another is 8. I appreciate the sugestion though.

Maybe because you are using IOS7 Beta, which incidentally void support from here.

IOS7 is released for developer, as such there's a dedicated forum for them. Also the NDA you've signed forbids posting in a public forum.

If you continue here, your developer account will be taken out.

First I did not think this was a Dev question so thats why I asked it on this forum. I have had more than one issue with my tones and I had to call into Apple suppot Not Dev support to resolve that issue. I also posted below The aggrement for this forum which I believe you are in violation of. So your last post was really not called for. Thanks
