Jul 29, 2013 2:13 AM in response to Linc Davisby Erbsenroller,Hi Linc,
I retested all the connections and network settings, but everything works fine. Just now I tried adding the same mail account twice again but this only works with IMAP, which I didn't use in my 'old' accounts. The strange thing is that both of my devices (iPhone and MacBook Pro) don't sync with my icloud account anymore (mail, notes and contacts). Plus the devices use different connections. The MacBook uses WLAN and the iPhone uses the regular 3G connection. So it can't be a connection problem.

Jul 29, 2013 2:15 AM in response to Erbsenrollerby Erbsenroller,I just realized that this has only started since I am back home in Germany. I have been abroad for the last year and everything worked fine. But still, I don't see how this could cause a problem.

Jul 30, 2013 2:49 AM in response to Linc Davisby Erbsenroller,I tried it all. Didn't work.
I also do have the same problem as described here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/21993223#21993223.
The iCloud mail configuration from within System Preferences > iCloud does not work. I can tick Contacts and Notes but the sync does not work either.
Really not sure what to try next.
