MBP no BOOT

When i push power keeps dark except the right led after few sec it shutdown (led off) and direct automatic its powering up again fan running crazy led bright

i tryed smc, pram reset removed battery, disconnect the cable connectors, removed 1 and 2 ram keeps same only led auto shutdown auto power up led on and fan running crazy. close the screen only change led to bright blink. tryed boot with cd, usb (it doesnt take the cd inside) ONLY when i remove keyboard connector it do nothing when push power button
