Will my Fusion Drive function properly after formatting Macintosh HD and reinstalling OS X to it?

Why ask:

Recently was told that after such a procedure will need to manually fine-tune OS X because Spotlight, during indexing process marks files as acccessed recently and Fusion Drive moves them to SSD part of the tome because it considers them to be accessed recently. Though the only thing that accessed them was Spoitlight indexing.

Is it true otr not? Does my Fusion Drive needs a manual fine-tune after OS X being reinstalled on it?
