I can't finish filling the page to send back my ipod : system.99 error

I can't finish filling the page to send back my ipod (HS) to apple, there is the sorry page with system.99 error written. I have tried later but there is the same problem. What can I do ? My ipod is HS and I can't bring it to an apple store.
