My iPad 3 will not update apps. I have signed out of iTunes turned off iPad, then back on and signed back in....no change..anyone?

Yes, numerous people are having issues. It appears to be an Apple server-side issue. They are "working on it"
Try this workaround
App Store>Purchased>Select "All"
Note: Look out for apps that have the word "Update"

Go to Settings, General, Software Update, then Install Update. Worked for me.
