Q: Iphoto locked up, I forced quit and now when I try to open iphoto it gives me a Caution note...The iphoto library is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission to make changes to it. What do I do now?

I had to force quit from iphoto...

then I tried to reopen iphoto and it gave me a Caution message.

The iphoto library is locked, on a locked disc, or you do not have

permission to make changes to it....

What do I do to be able to get to my photographs?

Try Rebuilding the iPhoto library and post back with results. BTW if you don't get an answer on this forum there is an iPhoto forum too.

I have 32,000 plus photographs.... I do not understand rebuild the library... but how do I get to the iphoto forum?
