sync one photo from mac to iphone w/out losing the rest

Is there a way to move just one photo from my Mac over to my iPhone5 without deleting all of the photos currently on the phone?

iTunes seems to only want to do it this way, or at least that is what the warning messages tell me prior to canceling.

Sounds like you synced photos to your phone from a different computer, is that case? If so, yes, all photos synced to your phone will be erased. If that's the case, email the photo to yourself, then save to your camera roll.
