screw it back it, if it is working its way back out, spend $3 on a tube of BLUE (non permanent) Loctite. This is what the factory case screws have on them new from the factory, its possible your one screw didnt get a brush of Loctite. If you do it yourself, use very very little, it only needs a brushing of it, not a drop or dripping.

If its still under warr. you can take it back in, make an appt, and the apple store should do it while you wait. It takes 8-12 hours for the blue Loctite to dry (a liquid polymer/plastic that dries and holds things in place).

Its highly likely even if not under warr. they should do that for you since it didnt receive the proper Loctite before it was returned to you

thats called a "last screw" problem laptop repairmen (I used to) see often. its a very minor alignment issue from it being the last screw since the other screws are all down and tight and torqued the bottom plate a bit.

This usually always happens on such laptop casings.

To solve that, very slighty unscrew (slightly) the other screws, then tighten your problem screw down all the way, being careful not to do it crooked and strip the threads.

then screw back full the other remaining screws.

If you arent comfortable doing this, the guys at the Apple store can do it for you in a matter of a min. or less.
