Zynga poker game will not open, error code-2 just comes up, can anybody help?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.3, When using app's store.

If you just downloaded the app and have nothing vested in it eat, delete it and reinstall it, I have never seen an error code mention when using an iPad app, so that's the approach that I would take.

Remove the application from your device and reinstall it.

Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the application and then download it again.

Note: If it is a paid app, ensure you are using the iTunes account you purchased the app with originally. If it is not, you will be charged for the app again. For more information regarding downloading previously purchased items, see this article.

What happened when you tried what I suggested? Did the app "wiggle"? Did the X appear on the icon?

If the download was corrupted, that might be why you are having problems delete the app.

Yes, the app wiggled and a X appeared on the icon.

Then I deleted it. Then downloaded the app again.

The link did not work. In the mean time I have tried to log on to Zynga poker and it works now. Thanks for the help anyway.

OK. Glad you go it all sorted out. Just in case, the support site said that the error meant that there was some kind of problem with your account and you had to contact support to get it worked out.
