missing all toolbars and gear icon.only bookmarks showing

all my toolbars are missing including the gear icon,only can see the bookmarks bar,HELP!

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

Hi!

on Mac: Safari>View>Uncheck "hide toolbars"

on Windows: Safari>View (if not appear press Alt. button)> Show Toolbar
