Music has Disappeared in iPhone 5

Up until now my music library in iTunes has synced normally on my iPhone 5 and I have been able to enjot it normally.

Suddenly the audio portion of my iPhone has disappeared. I have tried restoring from backup. Nothing.

During the sync process the audio shows up on the analog bar at the bottom of the window. But it disappears when sync completes.

In iTunes on the Music tab for my iPhone 5 I have Sync Music checked with the Entire Music Library radio button selected.

Would appreciate any suggestions.
