Q: “We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (0x80092013). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.”

Can anybody help - its frustrating that I cannot connect to iTunesvia my Windows PC and I get this message every time!! I have uninstalled and loaded iTunes on twice and I still have the same problem.... :-(
