Q: if I delete my icloud account where does all my stuff stored in there go?

If you delete the iCloud account from your device, your information is deleted from the device but it's still stored on iCloud. You can't remove an iCloud account, so if you want to remove the data from the iCloud storage, you have to navigate through Contacts, Notes, Mail... and delete all the data of your iCloud account. Then, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage, and remove everything
