If you are posting here then you have an Apple ID, so it should be obvious to anyone that you followed those steps in the link above and it didn't get you what you need.

These steps in the link below are for a new Apple ID and if you follow them to the leter you will be offered the None option, which means no bank card necessary for free apps. But I repeat, this is for a new Apple ID, which will require a new email address, not an address associated with another Apple ID.

Two completely different web addresses. Your link is to the general steps to open an Apple ID, which the OP has already done. My link is to the steps, from Apple, to specifically create a new Apple ID and not have to supply a bank card.

Your post which (ever so slightly) expanded on mine made no reference whatsoever to HT4718 which is to do with Lion recovery more than anything. At least, that's how I read it. But I now see it has already been edited.
