What happens when you try to buy it, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

Unless you have a valid payment method for your country's store then you won't be able to buy it yourself. Could you ask a friend to gift (you could them the purchase price) it to you (gifting account) ?

You will either need to get a credit card or find somebody who will gift it to you.

I can't, you would need somebody who is in the same country as yourself, items can't be gifted to people in another country.

You will either need to find somebody in your country who will gift it to you, or you will need a valid payment method (which for Pakistan, going on the 'pk' in the link on your first post, appears to Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

It won't work, only someone who is in the same country as yourself and with an account based there will be able to gift it to you
