Iphone stuck on charge screen

My iPhone 5 is stuck on charge screen and it just stays on 1% It says it is charging and I know the charger is not the problem, I tried using a different charger and the problem persisted. I tried turning it on and failed many times, but I got it to turn on for a few minutes yesterday then it turned off again. My iPhone is not jailbroken by the way!
