i am not able to open AppStore on my iPhone 5. How to rectify this problem.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10 sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting. Also make sure to close the app in the multitask bar before you reset.
Sir as u told i have done the process.I reset the settings until the Apple logo comes back. Yet again the problem is not rectified. I am able to see the updates number on AppStore icon & when i select the icon AppStore is not opening.Plz any one rectify this problem.
Any restrictions set up in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and see if you can download apps.
Are you still logged into the AppStore in Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID?
Sir now only checked restrictions is in OFF mode.
