how to delete a virus ukash?

We call it the FBI/MoneyPak problem and it's really not malware, just a Javascript lock on your OS X browser.

So far for Mac's we having seen any malware coming from this thing yet, but on Windows it's a different story.

What you do is hold the command(⌘) and tab keys so you get to the Finder.

Next you select Apple menu > Force Quit on Safari or whatever browser your using.

Next for Safari you hold the Shift key down while starting it and it will not load the previous pages, then you use Reset Safari. If your using another browser like Firefox, use the option/alt or control key instead.

If you copy the domain name of the malicious website to the point where it end in .com, or .org or .net and send it here, it will be eventually blocked.

To prevent the loop from running and exiting the page:

Disable Javascript in browser preferences.

Hit back in your browser.

Re-enable Javascript.

Reset History and Top Sites as a precaution.
