Jul 29, 2013 8:25 AM in response to Gheluveltby Lawrence Finch,Try "forgetting" the car connection. Then Reset the phone (hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears). Then try again to pair. Note that the car must be in Pairing mode and you must be displaying the BlueTooth menu in iTunes.

Jul 29, 2013 8:38 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby Gheluvelt,Thank you. I have tried that and other connotations, but still no joy. Interestingly enough (said tongue in cheek!) I have just tried to pair my iPhone 5 with my Dell Laptop over Bluetooth (simply to see if I can). My laptop recognized the iPhone, but still my phone failed to pair. Is this a built thing designed to annoy me?

Jul 29, 2013 8:44 AM in response to Gheluveltby wegras,Your iPhone will not communicate with another PC or other iOS devices except in a tethering mode via Bluetooth
Try clearing all pairings at the car end, there may be a limited number of slots on vehicle
