Can I get update iOS 7 to iPad 2 ?

Yes, however read all the footnotes. It looks like some/many of the new features will not work on the 2.

read through all the fine print at the bottom. It lists what should work on which model, you'll note that the iPad 2 isnt' listed for many features. (for example air drop and siri)
