Q: Video screen shots using Quick Time Pro

I just purchased Quick Time Pro for Windows 7 and installed it on my Dell laptop for work. I want/need to make screen video clips of the laptop down loading and installing non-Apple software on the laptop for a course that I will be teaching on line at a local college here. The video clips will then be exported and added to Keynote on my Mac desktop. I can find how to do screen shots but not video screen shots. Can anyone help please?

That's not a function of QuickTime Pro. You need to use a different program.

You are looking for a "ScreenCast" program. I Googled and found this list:

Lifehacker has a great post on one of the expensive programs but if you read the comments you get leads on many others.
